British Army issue kilt - Highland light infantry(Tartan No.5A)This kilt is in very good condition with no marks or pulls, made by Thomas Gordon & sons, Glasgow. The kilt is made from pure wool. The size is 18, Height 5Ft.7"-5Ft.8", waist 38 adjustable to 34", Breech 41" length 26". This is not a cheap "casual" kilt, this was handmade for the army and is top quality.This is a rare kilt due to the larger waist size, most army kilts available are 28-30" waist. A kilt made like this today would cost you a fortune.H.L.I = MacKenzie tartan.This tartan was also worn by the Seaforth Highlanders. *I am no expert on Tartan this is just the info I have been given and taken from the labels please correct me if i am wrong* Kilt only Any questions, please contact me.
