The design of this letteropener/knife is a direct copy of the famed Sykes Fairbairn British Commando knife. The stainless steel blade and aluminum handle are both black finished. It measures 11 inches overall and includes a black leather sheath with both a belt loop and sew in tabs, just like the originals. Black is black. What appears as silver or white in the photos is flash reflection. The quality of construction and materials used are excellent. This is new, never used and never sharpened. It is probably China or Japan made. Dress your desk!
