Unusual find from a field walk on the German lines on the Somme. Found around 15 years ago and in very good order.It's a no 106 used in very small batches in 1916 but came into its own in 1917 on German wire and troops. It differed to the no 100 as would set off the she ll on the slightest contact. So duds were less common with this type.As you can see in the photos it's in great order and the threads are great.Any questions, please do drop me a line.Posted with eBay Mobile
