Yes, the vast majority of our CD inventory is brand new and factory sealed. We occasionally sell used CDs and DVDs, particularly rare titles. These, however, are always clearly marked as used in the item description. Is this CD/DVD a promo, bootleg or burned copy? No – Newbury Comics does not sell burned copies or bootlegs, only official releases from licensed distributors. How is your vinyl shipped? We ship all our vinyl in new LP mailers with proper filler padding. I’m interested in one of your colored vinyl LPs. What color vinyl is it? If we know, you’ll find this information in the item description. In many cases, the color vinyl is not stated, and we will not open sealed LPs to check. What is a digipak? A digipak is a jewel-case alternative consisting of a gatefold paperboard or card-stock binding with one or more plastic trays capable of holding a CD or DVD attached to the inside. Digipak-style packaging is often used for special or limited edition releases. Are all your items in stock? When will my item ship? Unlike many of our competitors, we do not drop-ship, meaning every item we list is in stock. Most orders are shipped within one business day of your payment being received!
