BTB PRESENTS: Lorus, OOAK Mohair Bear by Deb Beardsley -Eler tson of Beardsley Be ars Standing 20 inches and fully jointed, Lorus is made from sparse aged mohair and softly stuffed with excelsior for the look and feel of a much older bear. His body style is reminiscent of the early American teddies although the artist has put her own spin to the design. Lorus has shaved and dyed mohair pads and inner ears, black thread stitched nose and smile, and old shoe buttons for eyes. He retains his inseam tag and wears a Pale green tatty satin ribbon.Lorus is in excellent condition and has lived ib a smoke free home. He was purchased directly from the artist and has lived with a collection of antique bears for some time now. He tells us he is hoping for a bit of lively conversation.
