This knife is new in box, made by Buck and so marked at ricasso, but also marked Winchester on the shield. From my research, Buck made a run of these knives in the early 1980's. I do not know if they were an official Winchester knife or an unauthorized variation, but they are rare, especially in the original box, like this one. Please email with any questions.
