~ EXTRA Rare - This item was presented to my Father (Brice Bledsoe, Jr) in 1977 for supplying water to the Newly-built Anheuser Busch Brewery in Fairfield, CA. He was the "Solano County District Manager" for "Solano Irrigation District" (employed t for 30+ years) It sat on his desk at work, and later was left to me. I've had it for about four years now. I believe this is an "appropriate" time to list it, with the very recent (and surprising) sale of "Anheuser Busch, Inc. The typical question always asked was; "Does it have Beer in it??" Dad said he didn't know, but my guess is that it probably does not contain any fluid of any sort...but it is very heavy. To my knowledge, he was the only person presented with this exact gift during the "Commencement Ceremony", of those working at "Solano Irrigation District" at that time. I'm uncertain as to whether any other Government Officials might have also recieved this same gift. ~ It is in Excellent Condition. NO scratches, marks or chips. It's Clear Solid Glass or Crystal, I'm not sure which. It is without any "bubbles" whatsoever. It encases one of the very first cans from the Fairfield, CA Anheuser Busch Brewery...and is engraved as such, "FIRST BREW." It is very heavy. It is 5 1/2" Tall (including 1/4" Black-colored hard base) and 3 3/4" x 3 3/4" Square. The top of the can is gold-colored, read more
