A pair of (British) handwound BULLDOG humbucker zebra guitar pickups for Auction. I have had these pickups installed in one of my guitars for a year or so (a Musicman Silhouette) as I was looking for a more hard rock sound, however I have now sold the guitar with the standard pickups re-installed - hence the sale. The length of the pickup lead / conductor wire is approx. 260mm for the neck pickup and 220mm for the bridge. Both pickups have 2 wire connection. The neck pickup is a Fat PAF but the bridge is an Extremist fitted with an alnico V magnet. Both are standard spacing, should be fine in a strat style guitar but voiced for a Les Paul - so ideal for a project guitar or an upgrade to stock pickups in an existing twin humbucker equipped guitar. Pick up mounting screws are not supplie d. These pickups are described on the Bulldog web site as: The Fat PAF: All the traditional PAF flavor but with a higher output to drive your amp. The neck pickup retains Vintage PAF clarity with more midrange power for a classic overdriven tone.
