This is a very Lovely piece of Art Pottery made by The Burley Winter Pottery Company of Crooksville, Ohio. Burley & winter Pottery Company operated from 1872-1932, 60 years. This piece is circa 1910-1920 during the height of the Arts and Crafts Movement. The piece is a Double Buttress handled Vase in the ever so popular Mottled Sea Foam Green on Mauve. The Mottling is just outstanding. This is a very nice Arts and Crafts form and will suit any art Pottery Collection decorating in the Arts and Crafts Mission Style. The Piece is considered to be in excellent condition as the only issues to report are some glaze misses and a pin size glaze pop. These issues are extremely common with Burley Winter Pottery Glazes. The piece is unsigned but has the mold number 43 impressed into the bottom.AZ-204
