LOT 344 Seller's Estimate: USD 100.00 - 500.00 Burlington 16S with Three Horse Heads and Illinois 12S Pocket Watches Lot 344 Burlington 16S and Illinois 12S Pocket Watches: 1) Burlington 21J Mod D 16S OF LS 2FBrg DMK DR RJS Adj to Temp and Pos Serial No. 3173197 Pocket Watch with a good DSD in a yellow SF&B Burlington 25-year No. 3091172 case with three neatly-engraved horse heads on the back. (There is no crystal. The case back has even scuffing. The watch is not running. 2) Illinois 17J 12S OF SW DMK 2FBrg RJS Serial No. 2995651 with a DSD in a yellow SF&B 20-year B&B Royal case No. 6055736. (The dial and crystal are in bad condition. The back of the cover is heavily worn. The watch is not running.) Both sell as is, where is. Payment: The buyer is responsible for paying the seller directly after winning the item. Details on accepted payment methods and where to send payment are provided in an invoice from the seller. Shipping: The buyer is responsible for paying all shipping costs and arranging for shipping and delivery with the seller. Additional shipping details from the seller: SHIPPING - THAC will pack and ship your items to you. The fee to the buyer will include actual shipping charges, insurance, materials and $20.00 per hour or part there of labor. With a $10.00 minimum per box. THAC will make every effort to ship your items within 30 days of our receipt of full payment and all shipping information. Any successful bidders will have the shipping charges applied to their MasterCard or Visa at the time of shipping. 10. THAC reserves the right to withdraw any lot at any time before the auction without any liabilities. 11. A range of estimates is given on each lot with a low and a high estimate. Estimates should not be relied on as a prediction of the actual selling price. This is an absolute auction and ALL items will sell to the HIGHEST bidder. There are NO reserves. 12. If any applicable conditions herein are not complied with by the purchaser, in addition to other remedies available to it by law, including without limitation the right to hold the purchaser liable for the total purchase price, THAC at its option may either (a) cancel the sale, retaining as liquidated damages all payments made by the purchaser or (b) resell the property at public auction without reserve or minimum selling price, and the purchaser will be liable for any deficiency and costs, including handling charges, expenses of both sales, the commission on both sales at regular rates, all other charges due hereunder and incidental damages. In the event a buyer initiates litigation against THAC for any reason, then buyer agrees to reimburse THAC for reasonable attorney's fees and/or costs incurred in any such action. In the event THAC is required to initiate litigation and/or collection actions against a buyer, then the buyer agrees to reimburse THAC for reasonable attorney fees and/or costs incurred in any such action, and further agrees jurisdiction shall be in Marshall County, Iowa. Any action in regard to this agreement or arising out of its terms and conditions may be instituted and litigated in the Iowa District Court for Marshall County, Iowa. Bidder and/or purchaser consents to the jurisdiction of such court and agrees service of process as provided by the statutes and rules of procedure of Iowa shall be sufficient.
