Cloth back issue. These Red and White Strips are getting harder to fine. More people are collecting these items. Many of these strips were used as National Jamboree contingent patches, a JSP.. Rated a 3 by Blake Keasey in his system. Values of 3 rated range from $30 to $250. Get these RWS strips now before the prices are published in the next CSP valuation guide.
