Burton Cummings 1981 release on CD. A sadly overlooked solo effort by the ex-Guess Who frontman, he managed a minor hit in the US with "You Saved My Soul" before Alfa Records went out of business shortly afterwards. Unfortunetly, this album wasnt included in the reissues of his previous albums in 1999 and never appeared on CD anywhere. Every song is strong and in a better world, he wouldve had a few massive hits from it. Also interesting is the song "Firefly" was written by Journeys Jonathan Cain. Includes the bonus track "Draggin' em Down The Line"...*Not a "silver" CD* Also Check Out Burton's latest release "Above the Ground"...Highly recommended!
