This is a new Chevy Caprice New York State Police car made by Busch in 1/87th (HO) scale. This car has been modified to have seperate flashing headlights and flashing tailights, red flashing led's have been added to the roofbar, this car operates on a 3 volts, I use a Radio shack 3 volt AC adapter (not included)Highly detailed. Made in Germany by Busch .
