This is an E.C Simmons folding brass bound Boxwood rule #620. Similar to a Stanley #62. Good overall condition with some signs of age. Has brass joints, sides and ends. This rule is clean and tight. E.C. Simmons was the manufacturer for Keen Kutter products.These make great gifts for the "hard to get for person". Great addition to any collection. Feel free to contact with any questions.
