This is a World War One era photograph album from Maine. The only geographic reference I can find is to Kennebunkport. There is a photo of a WWI soldier "Ben Clark 1917" and a sailor "Alger Skidmore 1917." There is a shot of a "Tramp Ashore at Kennebunk 1921." There are also photos labeled Short Beach, Fortune Rocks, Maine. But my favorite photo is the one of the man holding a lobster that is about as big as he is! There are 74 photos held in with corners so they could be easily removed. The album is 8 & 1/4" by 5" held together with what looks like a shoelace. It is in good condition with some corner bends and blank sports where photos have either been removed or fallen out.
