You will be buying a c1951 Yard-O-Led Rolled Gold Propelling Pencil in Good Condition. Barrel The rolled gold barrel is in good condition, it has a lovely machined wave pattern running through it, shown in pictures 1-7, there are however two small dents to the bodywork. There is a small cartouche on the barrel with a professional inscription which, reads "Bristol." Cap The cap, displayed in pictures 3-5 have the words "Rolled Gold Made In England, Patent No. 422767," clearly engraved. This has light surface marks and scratches present. Pocket Clip As shown in picture 6 the pocket clip sits straight and firm to the cap, inscribed on the vertical the words "Yard-O-Led." End Trims Both end trims are illustrated in pictures 7 and 8 and in good condition. Dimensions The total length measures 122 mm. Mechanism The internal filling mechanism displayed in picture 2 appears to be in good condition. This pencil will require some new lead. I am selling more pens and pencils, so please have a look.
