This is the official Cabbage Patch Kids All Stars "The Stuff of Legends" Philadelphia Phillies doll. His name is Rafael Theo and the doll is in its original box, intact and never opened. He has a Phillies flag and hat along with his birth certificate as well. This is a vintage 1985 edition. The box has some damage on the bottom and the plastic screen has been dislodged at the bottom. The doll has a small smudge on its nose and left cheek, which should come off with slight cleaning I would think; it's just from the box not being airtight and stored for 25 years. Otherwise everything is in perfect condition. Please let me know if you have any questions. !
