Offered is a vintage CAIRNS & BROTHER, INC. (Clifton, NJ) FIREFIGHTER'S HELMET, COLOR RED . On the crest of this helmet is a raised point with the letters "FD" in the universal firefighter's emblem. A patent number of 1,889,537 is also noted. This helmet has a leather and cloth headliner and a cloth chin strap. T is no department emblem or shield on the crest of this helmet.
