Up for auction is a Sylvanian Families Grand Hotel. This dollhouse features 9 large rooms to decorate with 3 floors, a spacious balcony and a roof top patio with railings. The dollhouse opens and closes for lots of pretend play and easy storage. The house measures 36 1/2" x 20" x 9 1/4" when opened, and 18 1/2" x 20" x 14.5" when it is closed. The doll house is used but there is lots of play still left in it. It was only played with a couple of times. The doll house includes 1 porch, 1 luggage trolley, 1 suitcase, 1 reception desk, 12 window flower boxes, and 9 balcony railings. The dollhouse also comes with a few extra chaneliers as well and it includes the original box. There are no animal figures included with this lot. Buyer to pay shipping charges of $24.95.
