I know we normally associate Cloisonne with Asia but look at this plate! Made in California! From 1958 this is a well made plate, solid at 8.5". Handmade by Landau and Associates. The copper background serves to make the green and black the shining stars. No chips, some crazing on the back of the plate. bin#20 PMCM
