CALIFORNIA, new or like new condition, TRAFFIC OFFICER, approx. 3 1/2 inches (unless stated, the patch is full size) If the heading states that " state?? help please, and if you are fairly sure w the patch is from please email me with the ebay no. of the unknown patch ( or ebay link) so i can add the info.
