22 x 28 unframed Modesitt oil painting on linen canvas. This is a view of San Pasquel Valley in the East County of San Diego. There is a river that runs along the highway on the way to Ramona. Lots of texture and a lot of very thick brush work. You can see how this painting was worked and reworked because of the thick brushwork ( it looks like in layers). Modesitt paintings are in museums, personal, and international collections. Auctions carry his paintings and can be viewed online. Also, I will consider reasonable offers.
