LIMITED EDITION VASE (limited to 1200 pieces) . Inspired by the legacy of the originals, United Design has brought back lady head vases with a new twist. The vases are created as original sculptures by a talented design staff. Each cold cast piece is meticulously hand painted. The vases are individually created and accessorized to provide a fresh new approach to a timeless treasure. "Bonded Porcelain" is the descriptive name for the material and process United Design used to form the cold cast porcelain figurines. This term was chosen because of the combination of dry porcelain ingredients that are bonded into a very hard and durable bisque finish. They use a mixture of resins to bond or fuse the ingredients together - hence bonded porcelain. The finished result are pieces that have characteristics that match fired porcelain to hardness, strength, whiteness, translucency, and absorption of water. Includes collector's certificate of authenticity, glass vase. Individually boxed. This Celeste Vase 2005 is titled "Valedictorian". Wonderful headvase for your collection. New, in box.
