A vintage book of great Art Deco POSTER STAMPS printed as 30 DETACHABLE POSTCARDS "the poster stamps in this book represent some of the finest ever printed. Up to the l940's poster stamps, also known as cinderellas amongst stamp collectors, advertised a wide range of products and promoted international trade fairs. ....not only used for commercial messages but for Christmas greetings and war propaganda". Published by Cameo Editions, a Divsion of W.E. Associates Ltd. all photographs were supplied by Retrograph Archive, London. Introduction by Jilliana Ranicar Breese. Paperback size: 6.25" x 4.25". apart from light fade to the spine, the cover and all the postcards within are in excellent undamaged condition.
