Framed panoramic group portrait of the 22nd Company, 161st Depot Brigade, Camp Grant, Illinois, taken June 14, 1918. Sepia toned photo in black wood frame. Size with frame is 31 x 10 inches. (blue spot is a reflection, not part of image) Lettering in center bottom reads: 22nd Co 161st DEPOT Brig. CAMP GRANT ILL.JUNE 14th 1918. to the right of this is: CAPT. GEO. A. STALLWORTH . . . COM'D'G. and at the lower right corner: Duce & McClymonds Rockford, ILL. 18-283 I think this last number means this is print 18 of 283 original photographic prints made by the photographers. save shipping charges contact me to pick up in Chicago, Illinois. The blue mark in the photo is an artifact. It is a reflection from the window of the room w I took the picture of the framed photo. Sorry for the bad photo. The frame has some small white paint spatters on it. I cleaned the paint spatters off of the glass but left the wood frame as is. The back of the frame has four (not three) sections of hard board backing and the remains of what was a brown paper back cover. T is a whitish residue running down the middle of the backing boards indicating that something was once spilled t I have not taken apart the frame to examine things more closely. The front surface of the photograph appears to be in good condition.
