CAP STUBBS & TIPPIE Original 1946 Comic Strip Art by EDWINA DUMM ~BEST EXAMPLE~Offered here is a piece of original comic strip art from CAP STUBBS & TIPPIE drawn by EDWINA DUMM (recognized as the first full-time female cartoonist)!It is from January 25th of 1946. It measures approximately 6 1/4" by 18 1/2" and is done in ink over graphite on bristol board. It is signed and dated by Edwina Dumm in the first panel.Better than most examples of her work as it pictures Cap Stubbs and Tippie in ALL 4 panels!!!
