Cape of Good Hope 1908 POSTAGE DUE Cover UGIE to USA Description: Cover franked with pair of 1/2d KEVII definitives. Cancelled with UGIE cds, addressed to the Armory Building in Washington, DC. Affixed with pair of 3c postage due adhesives in New York, where a NEW YORK / DUE 6 CENTS handstamp was applied, additional T 30c postage due marking at top. Backstamped with additional UGIE cds and WASHINGTON arrival markings.
