This is a Capodimonte figurine of a little girl in vintage clothing, sitting down with a basket of colourful flowers. It has a Marcolin signature on a porcelain scroll on the rear. The figurine is unglazed/white apart from the round base which is glazed and edged in gold colour, and the flowers which are very fine and beautifully detailed and painted, even down to the stamens. Base diameter 8cm, height approx. 13cm. The base has the Capodimonte stamp. Well cared for by my mother-in-law, no chips or damage at all despite them being 30 or so years old and well loved and displayed (out of sunlight, smoke free) all that time! I am also selling the matching boy figurine, seated in a similar way with a posy in a basket. Happy to re-calculate postage costs if you buy more than one item.
