This auction is for a very rare Bally Captain Fantastic and the Brown Dirt Cowboy pinball. The pinball was made by Bally specifically for the home and is themed around Elton Johns 1975 Album by the same name. Bally made a very few pinballs specifically for the home market, so this is a rare find. The game is NOT complete. It is missing ALL under playfield circuit boards. The game does have the original digital scoreboard display and wiring behind the backglass, but that is it. The underside of the playfield has been completely stripped. The playfield is very nice and plastics are unbroken. The backglass is a masterpiece with absolutely no flaking. This would make a great display piece (or be that great playfield and backglass to hang on the wall) for any pinball or Elton John collector.
