Captorhinus Fossil Complete Permian Reptile skeleton from U.S.A Captorhinus agutti from the Arroyo Formation, Oklahoma, U.S.A. From the Permian Age, over 245,000,000 years old; one of the earliest reptiles, predating even the more abundant Triassic reptile fossils. This is a stunning specimen with each and every digit present and correct, superb teeth and bone surface detail. The piece measures 12" x 7" x 2.25" on a matrix measuring 12" x 8" x 1" Click on the thumbnails above for some closer views This is a 100% genuine fossil, from the U.S.A. Prepared, deservedly, to the highest of standards in the U.S.A. This piece represents a ideal opportunity for those seeking a complete and easily identifiable skeleton without the space sacrifice of the large Psittacosaurus fossils. The only affordable and available alternative is usually the Chinese Keichousaurus fossils, which are significantly more common, and of course are only 2D. Ultra rare and beautifully intricate.
