The model is a 1/43rd scale Cararama Ford Focus and was converted by first stripping the car down to its component parts. The bodyshell has had the bumpers and lights all removed, along with the front and rear wings. It was then detailed using a grinder and filler compound, before receiving a coat of grey primer. It was then painted Red with a Yellow roof. The interior was stripped bare and had a standard "H" frame roll cage added, along with a single seat and steering wheel. I also added a dash block and false floor. The seat and interior were painted black, the "H" frame picked out in Red. The 2 sections were then fitted together and screwed in place. The car was then given all its unique, hand painted, signs. The number "916" was given to the car along with the driver's name and original sponsors. The final touch was to fix the roof number plate, again with the car number on it. The wheels are the original items but no longer rotate. The car is supplied in its original box. These models that I produce are all made from diecast cars, not foil replicas like other items on ebay. I also add detailed interiors, again unlike other items for sale on this, and other, websites.
