Here is an English bangle made in the 1960's in nine carat gold! It's about the same era as some of us older folk wore lots of sterling silver bangles of the same width. This one is just under 3mm wide (approximately 1/8th inch). It is 2.5 inches across the middle, and is a "normal" size. However, it could be squeezed into more of an oval and fit some larger hands. It has a full set of hallmarks inside, which read: the maker's mark which is two letters, the first being "C". The second is hard to read - maybe a "B" or "H"; then a "9"; "375"; an anchor on its side; and a "Q". It has a stamped impression all around of a concave diamond shaped design. The bracelet weighs five grams of gold. Starting low, low, with no reserve and FREE shipping!
