SIGNED CARL MADDEN WINTER LANDSCAPE OIL PAINTING This is a great collectible signed Carl Madden painting. He was an artist who did mostly landscapes of forests, rivers and mountains. He has done many scenes similar to the forest and farmland areas around Kitchner/Waterloo, Ontario, Canada (about 70 miles outside Toronto) where I purchased this original oil forest scene signed by him about 25 years ago at an art fair in that area. He was popular there at that time. His work is very distinctive and recognizable. I'm not an art expert, but I'd describe his style as contemporary impressionistic. This painting is a lovely hand painted winter scene....you could get lost in it! Measures 20" x 24" x 5/8". The painting is in excellent condition with a little wear to a couple of corners and edges from being previously framed (will be under the new frame edge). BUYER PAYS SHIPPING.
