is a wonderful tea set from Carlton Ware - in their well-known Foxglove pattern- all 3 pieces molded with overlapping leaves, glazed light green and the fronts with a pink foxglove blossom in high relief. Entwined, rustic handle glazed caramel. Pouring holes done by hand. Height of tea pot is approx. 5"; height of open sugar is 2 1/4".Signed Carlton Ware Made in England Trade Mark Registered Australian Design Registration Applied For on all pieces.Condition is excellent - no chips, cracks, 'nicks', stains, or repairs - just clean crazing to all pieces, except the lid (barely noticeable with all the leaf veins) and a small, burst glaze bubble on underside of lid (not visible when on pot). A charming set.
