You are bidding on an autographed 8x11 autographed photo of Carol Burnett. Photo of Carol Burnett and Tim Conway - photo is a bit blurry, printed on ink jet photo paper. Autograph signed in black sharpie "Carol Burnett" with a heart shape drawing above it. In excellent condition. Sold as is.Winning bidder pays $9.45 for shipping and handling in the US, unless otherwise stated. All items are shipped Priority Mail, unless otherwise noted. (Please note these costs are $6.65 for Priority Mail, 65 cents for the 10% that ebay now charges on shipping as part of their Final Valuation Fee they charge sellers for each sale, plus a very small shipping and handling fee of $1.40.) You may not be aware that previously ebay did not charge a Final Valuation Fee on the postage costs for auction sales, only on the sale price of the item. However now they include the postage in their Final Valuation Fee. For instance, on a Priority Mail package that costs $6.65 to mail, that 10% additional cost is 65 cents, which I must pass along to my customers.The nominal fee of $1.40 helps cover packing supplies, time in carefully packing your item, and gas to go to the post office. I recycle boxes, bubble wrap, cardboard and packing peanuts to help keep the charge this low of just $1.40. If noted otherwise, I may ship the item via UPS Ground, USPS Parcel Post, Media Mail or First Class Mail, depending on the weight of the item, and the best shipping value. Please take this into account when leaving feedback - I ship 90% of items via Priority Mail because of the unreliability of other USPS services, and if you feel the handling charge of $1.40 is too high and you cannot leave a 5 DSR rating in each category, I would appreciate you either not leaving feedback at all or not bidding on this item.
