It was issued in 1991This is Number 24 of the 24 limited edition plates of Caroline Williams scenes in and around Cincinnati, Ohio where Williams worked as an artist for many years. The first plate was issued in 1968 and the last in 1991. This black on white Wedgwood Etruria plate was offered exclusively by Newsted Loring Andrews, a historic Cincinnati area jeweler. Williams' printed signature is at the bottom of the scene. We are offering other plates in this series featuring many wonderful Cincinnati landmarks.
