AMERICA'S PRIDE ** GREAT IMAGE ** Ca 1900 CARRYING A PACK IN CHINA GLASS MAGIC LANTERN SLIDE This offering is for an early glass lantern slide that dates to the early 1900's. The slide features a beautiful black and white image of a young Chinese man carrying a large pack on his back. The image is maker marked on the back side "THE DeVRY CIRCULATIONS CHICAGO ILL" as well as "PATENT APPLIED FOR. The title on the left hand side reads "117 CARRYING ON BACK CHINA". The overall size is app. 3Â¼" by 4" and the condition is near mint with good clear sharp image and perfect black cardboard wraps. This great early 1900's glass lantern slide will make an excellent addition to someone's collection, should'nt it be yours!!!
