This candle stick holder is a product of Carson Casting Company. Harry Carson Sr. started the business 35 years ago in Freeport Pennsylvania. Using an old world technique, he developed a metal that closely resembles pewter, called “Statesmetal”,an aluminum alloy that is poured into sand casting molds to create unique products. This product is very durable and will not chip or crack. On the bottom of the candle holder, there is a sticker marked “Carson Casting Company STATESMETAL XIII FREEPORT, PENNSYLVANIA”. It is @5” tall, 3 ½ “ wide at the base, and the top of the candleholder measures @1 and ¼”. The length of the snuffer is 9 ¼”’s. Not sure if the snuffer is a Carson Product- it came with the candlestick holder and looks to be a match- just my opinion. There is a slight residue of wax inside where the candle is placed. Weight of both items together is less than 16 oz. This item is in excellent vintage condition, as you can see from the photos. Please email with any questions, as I am not an expert on the vintage products.I accept Paypal only and will ship promptly when payment has been received. I will package with care to make sure the item arrives safely to your home.Thank you! NOTE: I added one additional photo at the end that does show a very small blemish on the metal. I apologize, as I did not notice it when listing it originally.
