I was given this watch as a gift some years ago [I think in 1995] and have only worn it a few times, since then it has been sitting in a drawer in its pouch, it may well have had a box originally but if it did I no longer have it, but I do have the original Cartier red velvet pouches and the service/guarantee book from Cartier in New Bond St, London where it was serviced in 1997......It could be worn by a lady or a gent as its a classic dress watch and at 33mm x 25mm its not too large on the wrist........To give you a clear description of the watch Ive detailed below a short list of what is stamped on the casing etcFirstly its all original and guaranteed CartierThe casing is solid silver and stamped 925 and marked as Swiss madeThe watch strap is a Cartier brown leather original strap with no signs of wear and is stamped 'Made in France'The buckle is 18ct gold plated as is the casing [although the plating on the casing does show a small sign of age]Blue sapphire is in the crownI've measured the strap and it should comfortably fit up to a 7.75 inch wristSerial number is also stamped on the casingAs is 'Plaque Org 20m' {I'm unsure what that actually represents my guess is that its waterprrof to a depth of 20 metres but that is a personal opinion and would need to be checked]Overall its a typically classic Cartier dress watch........ read more
