A paperknife of carved bone masquerading as ivory. The finial contains a tiny Stanhope picture of a cathederal, I can't quite make out the minute title but someone with sharper eyes should be able to. The item is 7 1/4 inches long and in good condition. If it ever had anything inside the cage of the handle, it has lost it.
