Thank you for viewing this listing. Up for bid is my Hanwei Oni katana. This has been handled very little since I bought it new over 6 years ago, and spent most of its life in my gun safe while I gravitated to another blade. As much as I like this sword, the time has come to part with it and channel the funds in a different direction. So the bottom line is an sword that is like it was the day I got it, but at a substantial savings- the opening bid is $400 less than msrp. The blade has never been used to cut and retains its original luster. I did remove the sageo since my style does not use one. It will ship in a cloth sword sock and well packaged.
