This knife for auction is an extremely rare 1990 issue Case Date Stamped Lockback, 2 1/4" closed, featuring Genuine Stag scales. This is a super rare knife with only a very few made and only made for a very short time. The master Drop Point blade is tang stamped with Case XX Bradford, PA 19 USA 90 51400L SS, dating this as a 1990 issue Case knife. The bolsters are made of Genuine Nickel Silver and the liners are Genuine brass (bolsters have some minor dings from age but the knife has never been used or carried). This Case Lockback has the method of dating used only during a 4 year period from 1990-1993, when W.R. Case & Sons didn't "dot date" knives.
