Hi I'm James Parker and I am offering this fine Case Classic knife for auction. Personal checks, money orders, and Pay Pal gladly accepted. TN residents pay 9.25% state sales tax. We just acquired a good sized group of Case Classic Prototype 091 Split Backspring Whittler patterns. These knives we will be offering were never put into standard production runs in the Case Classic Program. All have the Letter Of Authenticity and are mint in the Case Classic boxes. Be watching for more of these in the coming weeks. This is an outstanding 091 Prototype, a 1992 W.R. Case & Sons stamped 091 Whittler for auction. This knife is 4 1/2" closed and features the pinned on Case Arrowhead Shield and the Moss Bottom Greenbone scales. This knife was produced in 1992 and is tang stamped with W.R. Case & Sons Bradford, PA 19 USA 92 and is marked with the Long Tail C and "Proto" and pattern stamped with Tested XX 73091 on the rear side of the master Spear blade. This is a desirable prototype knife as the pattern stamp denotes a celluloid handled knife, as this knife of course has Genuine Bone handles.
