This listing is for a beautiful brand new 1992 issue Case Classic Stag 53043 1/2 Split Backspring Whittler, 3 3/4" closed, featuring a beautiful thick pair of Genuine India Stag (deer stag) handles and nickel silver bolsters. The blades are composed of carbon steel and are mirror polished.This Case Classic Stag 53043 1/2 Split Backspring Whittler was issued in a quantity of 240 pieces with W.R. Case & Sons blade etch in 1992 and features the pinned nickel silver Case Arrowhead shield.The master Clip blade is stamped on the front tang with Case Tested XX 19 USA 92, while the rear tang of this blade is pattern stamped with Tested XX 53043 1/2. Both small Spear blades are stamped ; the rear one is stamped with Case Tested XX USA while the front one is stamped with an encircled Case Tested XX.Please be sure to see all 6 of the Supersize Photos as this is the EXACT knife the winning bidder will receive.
