CASE TESTED CONGRESS 6488 1920-40 GREEN BONE Thsi 4 blade congress measures 4 1/8" closed and was produced in Bradford, Pa. It has been used, carried, and sharpened. The genuine GREEN BONE "bovine handles have no chips or cracks. I am not sure but I believe the handles are case factory replacements at some time as they are really nice . All blades have good snap, minimal sideplay on the coping blade and left main blade, not much . This knife books for 14,500 in volume 9 of the pocket knife traders guide. This one is of course not mint but we are not asking mint price. It is a very solid knife that is on the tested frame with the grooved bolsters. These knives very seldom come up for sale. This is your chance to get a nice one for your collection. Thanks for looking and we appreciate your offers.
