??CASE TESTED XX (1920-40) "DOUBLE-END" KNIFE WITH SLACK BLACK HANDLES?? NO RESERVE This "no reserve" auction is for what appears to be a Case Tested XX (1920-40) "Double-End" knife with a master long pull clip blade, a regular pull sheepsfoot blade, and Slick Black handles. I am troubled with the authenticity of this knife for the following reasons: I should think the pattern # for it would be 02230 1/2LP. However, I am unable to find this pattern # with the "LP." The handle shield is simply a blank with no marking. And, the blades appear to be a little too perfect. Likewise, the same can be said for the handles. I don't know why anybody would go to the trouble counterfeiting a knife with a $275 book value but, I personally think this knife is a very good counterfeit. If I am wrong, it will be your gain and my loss. It is 3 1/4" long closed, and 4 5/8" long with the master blade open. Please ask any questions prior to bidding. I do not ship internationally. The shipping and handling fee ALWAYS includes insurance regardless of value. I always combine shipping for multiple wins. And, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, including original shipping.
