HI, This Auction is for a 1978 large three blade Stockman pattern pocket knife made by the W.R. Case & Sons Cutlery Company Bradford,PA. This knife measures just shy of 4" in the closed position and features beautiful chip & crack free genuine Bone with the very famous Case logo Nickle & Silver inlay Shield. This knife has never been used, carried or re-sharpened.The bolsters, pins & liners are all Nickle & Silver,t's no brass in this Jewell. The blades are made of Tru-Sharp Surgical Stainless Steel which is known for it's Razor sharp edge and stain resistance ability. The blades do have new knife opening & closing snap with no side play while at the open position. The tang stamp on the Master blade is Case xx U.S.A. with two dots under the U.S.A. and the reverse is 6347 HP SSP indicating that the back springs are also made of Stainless Steel. The Master blade does have an etching of Tested XX Razor Edge,it is full and missing none of it's color or print. The only flaws that I can see to mention is a few very light handling marks on the blades and maybe some light storage marks on the bolsters and I usually add that to my listings just case t is some.T is some sort of small stain on the back spring, but since it is Stainless,I'm pretty sure that it could be easily removed. This very collectible pocket knife is in near Mint condition and would read more
