A very good quality cased setof Victorian sterling silver servers. They are hallmarked for Sheffield 1875with the makers marks being RM over EH for Martin Hall and Co, a very highly regarded firm. They have a beautiful design having ornate carved mother of pearl handles and fine quality scroll engraving to the silver. They come complete with original burgundy silk and blue felt lined case. They are in super seldom used condition being free from dings splits and repairs. The mother of pearl is free from chips cracks etc…. reddish natural marks to the side of one handle. The inside of the case is in superb condition the exterior very good with just a few light marks as would be expected. The fastening catch works perfectly. The largest piece measures 10.75 inches (27.4cms) long and they have a combined weight of 165 grams. A very high quality useable Victorian set.
