Includes Operation ManualIncludes AC adapter (it also can run off six D batteries, which are not included; running off of batteries has not been tested)It is sold as is. It appears to work fine, but I am not an experienced musician and did not test all of the features. All of the keys work, all of the voices work, all of the rhythms work. I also tested rhythm programming, pitch bend, tempo, synchro start, intro/fill-in, and they all appear fine. The unit is in very good physical condition.
