THIS IS A NEW UNUSED ALL METAL MECHANICAL LICENSE PLATE TOPPER THAT ATTACHES to the plate through the license plate bolt. The cats paws hang over the the plate like the famous KILJOY and give the impression of a cat looking over a fence. When the car hits a bump the eyes move side to side and the tongue jiggles. These were very popular in the 40's 50's 60's and 70's and are popular to this day. Ive sold hundreds with never a return and usually a re-order.
